I am changing my review after receiving my belt, the quality and craftsmanship is outstanding. Can their communication improve? Yes. However, the product speaks for itself; I've owned several belts and this is by far the best.
Avoid at all costs they don’t reply to emails, and have horrible customer service. Save your money and go with Pioneer instead.
UPDATE!!Never ever DO NOT order from this company. Spent about 300 dollars on a belt for my husband and I was ok with the 4 to 5 weeks of production time but after months and no belt and then they tell me they DO NOT have an ETA because they only have ONE sewing machine and it was broken they didn't know when I'd get my husband's birthday gift. Cool I asked for a refund they told me it would take 15 days REFUNDS don't take that long but ok. I waited the 15 days still nothing... then I call my back and they tell me nope refun... read more
I'm so glad this is my last kid in powerlifting and dealing with this company. He spent $400 of his own money ordering his suite and briefs only to be able to use them 2 times. Extremely long wait.
