bought a open box $350 ek waterblock from titan.com and the bracket to mount to pc case was missing. contacted them for support and they can not do anything because it past 7 days. will not try to order the missing part for me. i made thousands worth of purchases from them and that was the support i got. will never use titan.com again and not suggested！
