I am so thankful that I found Titan. All of the people there are amazing. Jeremy helped me out with my exercises and treatments. Tyler and Alex helped me in the pool. The whole team helps build positivity. The open space is great.

Talk about complete treatment!! Staff are all knowledgeable, caring and brilliantly comical! Don’t think they go easy on you tho, yikes. Kirstie (the boss) has Titan Project running like a fine tuned machine, her charm is so infectious! I may need to talk to Tyler about a refund for hydrotherapy, the glean from his 6 pack literally caused left eye floaters(Zoe🙏🏻🫶🏻). I have been getting physiotherapy sessions and workouts from Jeremy at Titan for many months. I am grateful for his advice and great work at the Titan physio studio. My knee replacement was complicated by an infrection and many operations and recovery from those is due to workouts with Jeremy. 5 star treatments!!
