I could go on and on in describing why Dr. Jon Mickulik deserves the highest possible rating here on Google, but I think the best testament to that is this: for the past three months I have driven more than 20 miles round trip on a busy highway to obtain his help at resolving a severe case of tendinosis in my ankle.
