I have used Titan Lien Services a few times in my career, it’s never a good moment when you need to send out pre-liens, etc. But Paula has been over the moon helpful on multiple occasions, walking me through the process, and answering all my questions. Thank you so much for the support when moments like this happen in business.
I went online to two different online lien service companies before finding Titan. Paula at Titan Lien was very helpful when I called in to confirm information and ask questions prior to submitting my forms. The payment options they offer were also very helpful and convenient. Hopefully, our clients will continue to pay us in a timely manner, but if we ever have to judicially pursue compensation in the future, Titan Lien will definetely be our provider.

Very knowledgeable company, I never would have known in order to file a lean on a non paying customer a pre-lean must be submitted at a minimum of 20 days after starting the job even if its material is delivered soon before. I would disregard the 1 stars on here they are just unaware of how lean law works. I am glad to make them a business partner. Thanks Titan Lean!
