I have used Titan Lien Services a few times in my career, it’s never a good moment when you need to send out pre-liens, etc. But Paula has been over the moon helpful on multiple occasions, walking me through the process, and answering all my questions. I just received a lien notification from this company saying my husband and I own $112,000 to a contractor. We have never had work done on our home of 25 yrs, and have never heard of JH Masonry. Titan Liens is running a scam and is being reported. Beware your home and property is in jeopardy with this scam company.
