I called several times and left voicemails and emails to her and her boss and she told my family not to expect a call back. Very unprofessional. Was also told (by his staff) that he only wants to work with "high-income" clients.
I would not hire Jimmy or his firm for any reason whatsoever. They are so disorganized and have terrible communication. I had all of our personal and business paperwork over and in the firm's possession prior to any extension deadlines with email confirmations. I asked and got confirmation they would file extensions on my behalf, and they failed to file extensions which lead to $880 in fines by the IRS. I’ve been a self employed realtor for 20yrs and have hired several cpa firms. Titan is easily the best imo. Efficient, knowledgeable and explains in an uncomplicated manner. Jimmy has some great stories with analogies related to taxes.
