Amazing customer service!! I went in there, looking for a harness after trying at two other stores. I have a very large barrel chested dog and could not find one that would fit. The employee literally spent 45 minutes, pulling out all the harnesses to try. I kept apologizing with all the time it took, and he was beyond helpful. I’m going to start going back to Tisol. Highly recommend!

Understanding and friendly staff. There was 2 bags of acana cat dry food that were unopened that I bought from this store almost a year ago and I told them my cats stopped eating this brand because they got addicted to other food brands, so they let me exchange the unopened bag with the hills dry cat food that they will eat
