Tirza's Imports is a wonderful find! My parents were in from Texas and we were browsing through downtown Apex when a friendly woman noticed my mom's shirt that had "Texas" written on it. The woman introduced herself as the owner of Tirza's Imports and invited us to come visit her store to get a reminder of San Antonio. She was so friendly that we decided to go there, and I'm glad that we did. gmonte Shopped many times at this store and purchased candles and burners for tealights. Each time I have purchased, items have always been pulled out of the box and if it was the last design, I have always examed before puchasing and staff always asked me if everything is of my approval before finalizing my purchase. Maybe they were busy, but I have found staff at tirzas to go way beyond most all other chain / local stores to satisfy customers. I will continue to support all the artists at the store
don't shop at Tirzas I was in town for my son's swim meet in Cary and we happened upon downtown Apex. What a fun place. We went in Tirza's and had a very pleasant experience. The gentleman was very helpful and everyone was so friendly. They have beautiful items for sale. I purchased several things. The items were wrapped in bubble wrap and put in boxes. Most Uniques shop betw Raleigh/Durham My friend and I visited apex and found this awesome store with folk art and hand crafted items from locals and artists from other countries. We loved it and can not wait for the wine shop to open. Everyone was so friendly and we tasted locally made apex mascadine wine---Carlos! Can't wait to return, it is a treasure and a compliment to the DT area. I have not seen a shop with so much character anywhere between Raleigh and Durham.
