Very bad experience and poor customer service. Brought my car to put a new tires on (which I bought from tires choice on Blue Diamond Rd). During the process the mechanic bend one of my rims. He couldn't cover it up with a new tire. I got a call that now I was supposed to pay additional $300 for a new rim. I asked for a video, or before pictures (because the female manager was claiming that the rim was bent prior the installation of the new tire), they couldn't provide any.. This place now charges $93 dollars for a synthetic blend oil change. It was half of that a few months ago. I purchased the Groupon in store to bring the cost down and the woman at the counter told me I had to pay to have the filter ordered which is not in the terms on Groupon. This use to be a good shop but has had a rapid turnover in staff and management. They also are short staffed. I tried to get an oil change here a month ago with an appointment at 10am and they never got to it. No apology no sympathy. Take your business... read more
