Whilst the initial installation and quality of product was fine, we had a design issue that chewed up one of the sheer curtains. Tip Top Blinds (after multiple visits from their fitters and even more excuses from their head office) took NINE AND A HALF MONTHS to fix the issue (which was simply longer mounting brackets and a new replacement sheer curtain).
We met Miri today at Tip Top Blinds and it was a refreshingly informative, efficient discussion! She took into account cost effectiveness, provided great solutions that met our living style and was lovely to deal with. I would highly recommend visiting the store and meeting Miri for indoor and outdoor solutions!
We’ve had blinds (motorised and non-motorised) installed throughout the home - amazing outcome. We proceeded with a second order for sheer curtains throughout our new home (living room, lounge room, master bedroom) - exactly what we envisioned!! Our home visit consults was informative and they helped us bring our vision to life. Let me tell you, how you choose to dress your windows really does elevate your spaces!! Thank you Anthea, Geraldine, Patrick, Edward, Miri and Team for a wonderful experience and outcome. If you want... read more
I have used Tip Top on a number of occasions and have always been very happy. Previously they installed a new cafe awning (using the old frame) and additional awnings, which all looked fabulous. Recently we have had sheer curtains and indoor blinds installed - again, great service and reasonably priced, and a fantastic result which has transformed our rooms. I can highly recommend Tip Top for their service and product.
Really happy with the service from TipTop Blinds. The whole process was easy and straightforward, from choosing the blinds to installation. The quality is great, they look fantastic, and everything was done professionally and on time.
