I went in to print some sewing patterns, but the guy working there was extremely dismissive and reluctant to help. It’s not like the store was busy—I was the only customer, and none of the machines were even in use. He had the worst attitude and didn’t seem to understand basic paper sizes. I’m honestly surprised this business has been around for years and even advertises printing complicated things like t-shirts and business signs when they can’t even handle something as simple as printing on paper.

This place is fantastic. I needed to update some forms for my business and I had always gone to a big company before, but this time I decided to support a small business and I’m glad I did. A great local business, glad i asked Terri the owner of Tipps her opinion on my business postcards. After incorporating her recommendations, the postcards came out looking much more readable - thank you Terri! I think her expertise and pricing definitely make her worth checking out!

This is the best printing experience I have ever had. Terri is very knowledgeable and considerate. She really knows her business and is respectful to her customers. It is also a bonus to pet Garfield, the big orange shop cat. I highly recommend Tripp’s for printing and copying needs as well as so many other graphic art jobs such as business cards.
