I am a Realtor that just closed a deal with Tippecanoe Mortgage. Preapproval letter was August 9th 2012, offer was written August 16th 2012. The file didn't get approved and sent to USDA until November. It closed December 28th 2012. The loan officer Don Frazier repeatedly misled me about the loan status, despite us having a signed privacy release from his borrower. Communication was terrible, worst I've ever experienced.
