Absolutely horrible service - their action of closing without a word to their customers who left a large down payment coupled with zero communication on the matter hurt good people. Shame shame shame

Recieved a call from Tip Top Tux after visiting a bridal show. While explaining at this time we are going a different route with our wedding but if we decide to so tuxes we would stop in I was hung up on. Definitely not professional and will find a different business who values future customers instead!
I rented out a tux for prom, they said it would be in by May 3rd and my prom is May 6th get a call telling me my tux gets delayed and then May 5th they call saying it’s in, but it doesn’t fit at all everything needs to be resized and they said “it should be in but no guarantees” and then i say just cancel it but they refunded everything but the deposit. (Even though they messed up)
