I was a groomsman and talked with the store manager Rebecca and let me just say she was amazing! She was so helpful and polite, one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had!!!!!!
My boyfriend and I had a really great experience at the Village Pointe Tip Top Tux. We were helped by a blonde woman, I think her name is Elisiah. She was very friendly and extremely helpful. We were looking for a tux to rent for prom, but my boyfriend Alex was also maybe interested in purchasing a tux. Elisiah went through all the options and gave us time to decide what was right for us. She was very professional and we had a great experience at this store!!
Cherri was really helpful and made the process fun.
I got my suit for prom from the store and I do not regret it at all. The staff made me very comfortable because this is my first time doing something like that, and I naturally was very nervous, but they made it an easy and seamless process.
