I went in with the intention of buying 2 new ensembles, and due to the lack of help from the staff, I left with a single tie. At first, the staff approached me and said "you don't need any help right?" then later when asking to try on a suit I picked out, I was told it would fit the same as the suit I currently had on. It was a matter of colours and patterns matching my complexion, not sizing. Maybe my expectations were too high, but at the very least one would think that trying on an outfit I picked out would be allowed.

Went here (Calgary Core downtown location) to buy non-iron dress shirts. I was deciding between 2 different brands, one said non-iron and the other seemed that I needed to iron it. I asked the employee if I needed to iron it and multiple different times he told me I didn’t need to iron it. Additionally, he convinced me out of buying the other non-iron shirt, he said that brand wouldn’t look good. Zero notice of me even being in the store, when I selected a couple items and tracked down an employee to try them on. Was shown into a storage closet 2 feet width to try these shirts. Love the clothes, service downtown is non existent!
