I always get my suits here and my last suit I bought today and all of a sudden I had the workers husband after me cuz I was "flirting" with his wife (the employee Michelle) for just being happy so I was told by the manager that I couldn't cone in while she was working so damn this shop cuz I never once flirted with any one here. So beware of staff but the suits are good.
Being that I no longer work for Tip Top I'm going to do a reply to Simran and Nuvdeep comments on me and the real background story. They came into the store 2 days before a wedding they needed a suit for. He wanted a specific suit but we didn't have the right size pant for him. We tried to get him to look at another suit but he was set in this one. So we had to give the biggest pant we close to his size. But the pants were still too small. He decoded to buy ot anyway. Store manager and associates should be replaced. They are more concerned with having a video call than helping the only two people in the store.
No sale without providing my name, cell number and email. I came to the till with 2 ties. The manager asked for my cell number. I politely refused and stated I simply wanted to make this purchase and be on my way. It was stated she could not proceed without me providing this along with my name and email address. I had her clarify this again, that if I refuse to give her this information, then I would not be allowed to purchase these items. I did not misunderstand the most bizarre sales policy I have ever heard.
Two bad reviews that say the exact same thing? Using a thesaurus would changed some of the wording, at least . That’s rather suspicious. Jay is a fantastic salesman, if he was close enough to tell you he speaks your language then you must’ve been talking in front of him. How rude.
