This was originally a 5 review! I had a really great shopping experience at this location. I came into the store looking for a dress shirt to match an existing sports coat. Lilly offered to help me but still allowed me some time to shop on my own. Between the two of us we picked out three or four shirts that would suffice at which time I asked Lilly to be “honest” with me and tell me if she thought my sports coat was “dated”? I was having issues with an incorrect fitting at a different store and came to Lilly at the Kingsway location and she provided amazing customer service. It was a difficult return with many different factors and she was able to facilitate the return and get everything fixed up for me. I had great experiences with both Lilly and Julie and would recommend going to this Tip Top location!
I had an incredible experience with Lily at Kingsway Tip Top. Her customer service was outstanding. I’m getting married this September and needed help tracking down suit sizes for my best man, who was part of a previous wedding but couldn’t make it in today to get remeasured. Lily went above and beyond—she tracked down his sizing from an old wedding file and helped me secure the right suit in the color we were looking for, just in time as stock was running low.
