I was having issues with an incorrect fitting at a different store and came to Lilly at the Kingsway location and she provided amazing customer service. It was a difficult return with many different factors and she was able to facilitate the return and get everything fixed up for me. I had great experiences with both Lilly and Julie and would recommend going to this Tip Top location!
I had an incredible experience with Lily at Kingsway Tip Top. Her customer service was outstanding. I’m getting married this September and needed help tracking down suit sizes for my best man, who was part of a previous wedding but couldn’t make it in today to get remeasured.
