Cale the assistant manager was being extremely rude off the bat. Despite us always being a returning customer, him along with an Indian staff member were condescending and not willing to help us out. Every visit they are so inattentive, rude and dismissive. Customer service here is absolutely unacceptable!
had a really disappointing experience with Cale at Tip Top Tailors. He seemed uninterested in helping and rushed through everything, making me feel like my questions were an inconvenience. The service felt unprofessional and I left without finding what I needed. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with him.
Even a 1 star isn’t worth it. The assistant manager, Cale, and his Indian colleague were incredibly rude and inattentive to my family and me. Despite being frequent visitors to this location, we have consistently felt unwelcome and disrespected. From the moment we arrived, the Indian employee was dismissive and unhelpful. Cale, on the other hand, seemed very wary of us. Overall, these employees do not know how to treat customers with respect.
Attended this location and had a great experience with Cale. He was patient and helped us get everything we needed for an important upcoming graduation. Of note, I attended the WEM Tip top the day before and received no help despite there being 2 free employees. 10/10 service
