Cale the assistant manager was being extremely rude off the bat. Despite us always being a returning customer, him along with an Indian staff member were condescending and not willing to help us out. Every visit they are so inattentive, rude and dismissive. Customer service here is absolutely unacceptable!

had a really disappointing experience with Cale at Tip Top Tailors. He seemed uninterested in helping and rushed through everything, making me feel like my questions were an inconvenience. The service felt unprofessional and I left without finding what I needed. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with him.

Attended this location and had a great experience with Cale. He was patient and helped us get everything we needed for an important upcoming graduation. Of note, I attended the WEM Tip top the day before and received no help despite there being 2 free employees. 10/10 service

I wish I could give a lower rating than 1 star! During the time spent in this shop, we were given absolutely no respect. My husband was buying a suit for himself and the manager named Kyle/Kale, came to us to tell us rudely and aggressively that if we needed to try any shirts on, we would need to put them into the coat in without opening it. Although I understand that the shirts can take sometime to fold, at that specific moment there was nobody and we were the only people. The supposedly manger there is very rude! Won’t help you unless you have an appointment, even tho the store is dead. We ended up still buy 2 groomsman’s suits there, were told the tailoring was included, to go back there and be told he never said that! He shouldn’t be working there! Horrible customer service!
