Today is the day — we’re off to my best friend’s wedding — and it would have been possible without the amazing team at Tip Top Tailors South Centre. A huge shoutout to Carter, Sheri and Kim! They went above and beyond to ensure we were ready to go and looking our best. I cannot thank them enough, and I will be highly recommending this store to anyone looking for suits in the future!
If I could give zero stars, I would. My father went in to Tip Top Tailor to be fitted for a suit and was scolded and fat-shamed by the staff. Instead of offering help or solutions, they made humiliating and hurtful comments about his body and were about that they couldn’t (or wouldn’t) provide the service or items he needed. This is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and cruel. No one should be made to feel embarrassed or degraded when simply trying to buy clothing. I was super impressed by the service I received given how busy it was with parents and their graduates. The staff handled everything perfectly.
Worst store. Staff are incompetent. Ignore everyone unless you have a big group. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone
