Sherry helped 5 of us get fitted for suits. She did an excellent job. She was determined to make sure our suits fit well and answered our questions. We had an issue with available stock and she worked past store-close to find us an answer, taking our phone number and calling us about shortly after to share a solution was found and taken care of. Thank you for the excellent customer service, Sherry.

I recently visited Tip Top Tailors at Southcentre Mall and had the pleasure of working with Olga. She is one of the best salespeople I’ve ever dealt with. Olga helped both my dad and me choose suits, and she went above and beyond by explaining the differences and properties of each option. Her knowledge, patience, and attention to detail made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting Olga for all your suit needs!

I would never come back to this location. Their customer service was terrible and disrespectful. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.
