Five stars is based on Elena / Olena who works in the Tip Top Tailors Outlet on southwest Winnipeg. I’ve been there twice now, and had the BEST, most SIMPLE, straight forward, and professional service. I will only be buying my clothes from Elena, from now on. Thank you Elena! Benjamin
Went with my father for a new suit for my sister's wedding, they have a large selection of colors and styles. The gentleman that helped us today was great. He provided us with several options and helped us decide on a few different styles for the tie. Never felt pressured or trying to upsell, in fact he actually mentioned the clearance section for some ideas too. Over all very good experience and left looking like a million bucks.
On Sep 3rd I purchased tapper alteration services for 5 shirts I bought sameday at Tiptop Kenaston Branch. I was picking up 2 out of 5 that are ready to be picked up today(Sep 10th). When I was in-store trying them on, I noticed they were not tapered enough and asked to make the other 3 shirts that had not started being altered more tapered, and of course if it’s possible, adjust the 2 already done as well.
