Terrible customer service, was there to get my brothers graduation suit. Got yelled at by the manager for sitting on a chair and seeing and touching the hankercheif, asked if they had a belt for my waist size told me "all the belts are there, go find it yourself." Didn't knock anything over whatsoever, just ask a simple questions. Please don't go to this establishment. Don't know how the other Tiptop is like but if it's like this, then its probably like this with every tiptop.

I’ve been there on black Friday week to return the coat i bought 2weeks ago from square one mall. The person working there said the tag is different and we can’t take it back as per company rules, even though i had the original reciept and the same credit card on me. Everything was as it was bought but he refused and suggested me to go to the same location and try. Pregnant me was choosing this location as it was convenient and nearest.
