I recently purchased a suit and two additional pairs of dress pants from the Tip Top location at Heartland Town Centre. It’s a large store with a great selection, and my sales rep, Bilal, is the main reason I keep coming back. He’s professional, helpful, and actually understands what good customer service looks like. We had a really nice experience here. Sam was super helpful, and clearly knows fashion/the store inventory very well. He was able to pick out a few options for us that fit well at a very reasonable price point for the quality. Thanks Sam!
Staff could be a little friendlier, just not very welcoming. I purchased an item but definitely not a pleasant experience.
Poor customer service. Judging by the other reviews, with no improvement over time, it seems like this store management has some work to do to make this a more enjoyable experience for customers. Hopefully they realize they are in the business of serving customers respectfully.
Bought a woolen men's coat yesterday at 7:45pm near closing time, asked the representative to please check for any defects who said it didn't have any, went home, found mild blackish blemishes/discolorations on the coat, decided to get it exchanged, reached at 7:40pm today (Saturday) and found the store closed..The usual store timings are till 8pm..Not a good overall experience..
