Walked in, asked to get measurements done, and was turned away! Staffing that could not speak clear English, rude in their rejection of services, and did not offer any other substitute or recourse. Truly a terrible deterioration from what I remember years prior.

Says they open at 10 nobody here 30 minutes after no signs or anything put up about being closed. Nobody answering phones or anything. Pitiful. Drove over an hour to come here and the doors are still locked. If you’re going to run a business at least show up when you’re supposed to.

Went to get a dress shirt and pants. When I walked in the staff immediately told me they wouldn’t have anything my size. Was extremely poor customer service and extremely rude and unprofessional

At Tip top Prince Albert for the first time I liked the shopping experience there ,it seems they have changed the store team which is why now I like there . I highly recommend visiting there and Sebastian made the shopping experience more enjoyable..

Went to the store in mid may and the service was awesome. Was shopping for a suit to attend my friend’s wedding. The gentlemen and girl working were really friendly and they went the extra mile for me. The guy gave me all the deals and discounts that he could give me and also helped me fold the cloth that goes in the suit pocket. Very polite staff that work here. Will definitely shop here again.
