I recently visited the Trinity location for a suit for a friends wedding, it was me and two of my friends. the staff was very helpful and welcoming. Fawziya is the one that stood out for us and helped us. She was patient and offered a lot of advice for our looks. she was very knowledgeable and made the entire process very easy. I am looking forward to our next visit to trinity!
Racist alert - we went to the store today to buy a couple of shirts. We were in the store looking through the collection and the lady working there helping someone else at the counter initially… after 5 minutes another old white couple came to the store - she crossed us and went to them and said - hi please let us know if we can help you in any way.. then not bothered to make an eye contact with us… we just went across the street and bought something from Tommy. Such a bad experience. I came with my family for shopping. An employee named Fazia gave such rude expressions as if why we are in the store. She didn’t say a word but still with her weird expressions or I don’t know if something was wrong her. Her presence was really negative. My husband liked few things from the store but we ended up buying nothing because of bad customer service. Other 2 employees were really nice though. Next time please give a like sweet gesture to your customers just by a small smile on your face.
My wedding is in May (2025) and I’ve been working with James since November of 2024 and he has been amazing. He’s made finding suits for my groomsmen a breeze! He definitely deserves a raise.
