I went to Tip Top Trinity Mall location with my wife looking for some formal wear for wedding. Gonzalo, store representative, provided an exceptional help in finding what we were looking for. Usually when I go to any store now a days and don’t find what you look for and when you ask store representative anything they say “whatever is in the aisle is what we have”. Nobody payed any attention. They don’t have enough staff.
