Zero stars, not a great experience, pushy and rude. Sold me a suit with an "altered" tag and tried to excuse me of tampering with it. I tried to exchange the pants as I thought a size bigger would be more comfortable, they told me they dont have any in stock. Im not sure what's worse that they are not stocked up or that they lied to me so I couldn't do the exchange. At the end of day I was just happy to leave the store then to deal with the staff working there.
Recently we bought some stuff from these store, first they said you can try if not works u can return, next day I went to return then they said oh we don't have return policy. Really bad experience 😕
Recently visited this location and did some shopping. Everyone working in this location are well informed about the products they carry, very friendly and helpful. Got some great ideas. The whole team is amazing. Thanks to Julia, she helped me with her great ideas and got me the best outfit and always had a beautiful smile on her. Great work guys.
Had a great experience at Tip Top! Parth was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He made the process of picking a suit and shirt easy and enjoyable. Excellent customer service!
