I'm apart of a wedding party, and when the groom went with the other groomsmen to a TipTop in Winnipeg, everything there was processed manually. I went to the Metrotown location and since they couldn't find me, the shoo'd me away. Today I went to the Guildford location, we ran into the same problem but the manager called the TipTop in Winnipeg and verified the details. She went out of her way to assist me and I am very much appreciative of it. Excellent staff who are willing to put themselves out there for you!
The skinny Indian lady on the counter is so rude and senseless. Teach her how to do good customer service and be a good listener. We went In to exchange Pant because the size was not correct. And she said you cannot RETURN it, seriously I ask to exchange not return. She paid more attention on word RETURN when I ask to EXCHANGE.Pay attention, keep your ears open and listen what exactly customer saying or teach her the difference between them. If you see her better not to get anything or get help from someone else.
Malcom is the best He knows the right fitting size and the color.
Look For TAMARA When you’re here to select the finest suit for any event.. She will help you find the perfect wear. Thanks TAMARA For Everytime and Always Being So Kind, Polite ,and Humorous also in having Patience while we keep asking for one shirt than another & than another!
Simar was/is such a big help for my groomsmen and I. She recommended and suggested so many things to us such as altering our dress shirts a certain way, matching accessories with the suit, shoes, tie, etc. She's a wizard in her craft, definitely look for her if you need new suits at Guildford's Tip Top tailors.
