Simar was/is such a big help for my groomsmen and I. She recommended and suggested so many things to us such as altering our dress shirts a certain way, matching accessories with the suit, shoes, tie, etc. She's a wizard in her craft, definitely look for her if you need new suits at Guildford's Tip Top tailors.
Extremely bad service. Make me wait to pay while cashier want to fold the shirt right in front of me. And when I ask to scan my items she told me it will take only 10 seconds and continue to argue.
Experienced terrible customer service today, the whole experience turned me off to this store all together. The employee who was there was not helping us, in fact she made some uncomfortable remarks. Management really should look into who they hire as this is the face of the company. Will be purchasing our suit elsewhere!
