Ash at Tip Top Tailors was fantastic! He helped me find the perfect suit and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Great service and very professional—highly recommend!
Absolutely amazing staff. I went there today at around 5pm to look for a tie and matching pocket square, but unfortunately at first they did not have the cornflower blue color in stock. The staff then called all the other locations and asked to see if they had it in stock but they unfortunately did not either. The staff were extremely patient the whole time, they triple checked the back and even checked the inside pockets of the suits on display. Thankfully they found it after one last final check. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business. I bought a $600 suit and paid another $100 for alterations. The jacket wasn’t made to order, and despite my request for shorter sleeves, I was told that my choice wouldn't look good. They went ahead with their own decision. After the alterations, the shoulders showed visible damage. When I asked what could be done, I was told nothing could be done and that I should have picked the correct size at the time of purchase. Bought a HECHTER PARIS Modern Fit Knit Textured Sport Jacket in black. Wore it once and noticed threads fraying and pulling out. Will be throwing this jacket out. Spent over $600 there expecting decent quality. Will not go there again.
First time I have no words for this location the people work with passion amazing service people should come here for great experience the man name is ash is wonderful guy they close 6pm but they still help me at 6:30 thank you ash
