I visited the Langley location the other day to get my suit pants hemmed and received excellent customer service. I ended up buying a new dress shirt as well because of it. As always Tip Top has a good selection of formal clothes and all the locations I have visited have great customer service.
Terry, Ayesha, were so very helpful to exchange my tee shirts for me to get the right size that I needed ‘ So please come and tell them Peter sent you ‘ you will be happy you did ‘
Worst customer service place i have ever been.
I ordered a suit online. Pleased with price and quality. Delivery took 3 days which is more than acceptable. Overall, a good experience.
