My groomsmen and I bought suits from Tip Top’s Polo Park store in April for my October wedding and we were all happy with them. The suits we chose looked great and were high quality for a very reasonable price. The special package pricing for wedding parties meant we were each able to get complete suits – jacket, pants, tie, and pocket square – for around $350 each compared to the $500-plus each suit would have been otherwise. Raj helped me and my wedding party with our suits. He was so great! He was professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. I will return to see him for my future suit needs and will recommend him to anyone looking to get suited up.
All of the gentleman are always very helpful and insightful here. I slept on the quality of Tip Top suits for years. They're the best you can get for non custom fitted apparel and always have a variety of sizes that fit. 5 stars.
Went and purchased a suit. Raj was amazing and he knows what he's doing. Instantly found something I liked and got me all the accessories. Went again a couple of times and Raj wasn't there. No one attended me even though the store was pretty much empty.
Very bad experience. The lady that 'helped' us was staring at us the whole time in a borderline creepy way. She was very snobby and condescending in her whole behavior and approach. You guys really got to coach your staff on how to deal with customers and how to treat people with respect. We actually were pretty happy with the suit we found but we were so turned off by the service that we decided to shop elsewhere.
