I love their shirts. They're very comfortable.
Very poor customer service, they have 2 teenagers running the store and they have no manners talking to customers. I was there today at the register to pay and the girl was ignoring me talking to her coworker about something else and I am waiting to pay then she turned back to me without even apologizing. Definitely not going there again the owner should look into this matter as it’s important for the business otherwise will be losing customers.
I couldn't walk to this review I had run to make this review such an amazing place I will definitely be coming back to TipTop for more suits amazing quality and amazing staff both ladies were amazing and are the reason why they will be keeping my business i wish I could write endless 5 star reviews but its okay ill settle for just sending anyone who needs a suit their way
Came in looking for shirts. Suzanne came right away to help out and let me tell you she was absolutely above and beyond. Showed me a few colours and was more than patient, didn’t feel rushed at all. Definitely coming back. “Shirt’s quality were really nice”. Go check Suzanne definitely recommend.
The owner was insane and was yelling at another person in the store over the wrong size shirt. Made me and my family super uncomfortable, would recommend any other store but this one just due to the staff! STAY AWAY!
