I have NEVER been treated like this in my life before. I went to tiptop only yesterday for a mere tie for my brother’s grad. i would have imagined the customer service would be excellent because my experience had always been great with Tiptop until recently. Needed clothes for a new job but didn’t know what I was looking for. Alfredo helped me out and I walked away with something I loved.
Our visit to Tip Top Tailors in the St.Vital mall yesterday was an exceptional experience thanks to Ashley who went above and beyond to find the right fit and perfect suit for our son’s graduation. Although they did not have the suit in store in the color - she was able to ensure we had the correct fit and size to order as well as the perfectly coordinated tie and pocket square to complete the outfit. Thank you!
