I purchased numerous ties and pocket squares for my wedding here. I needed 7 of one colour, and they would only sell me 6 due to not being able to sell the display tie. There were 4 of the same colour on display and the employee refused to sell one. Ended up going elsewhere, weirdest “company policy” I have ever seen.
I’ve had the worst experience with your manager at the Pickering town center location. I went in and purchased a suit for a wedding party, the colour was discontinued (2 weeks after the wedding party was created by the groom) so I had to get whatever sizes were available which meant going up to a tall in the jacket and up sizes in pants as it was the last available option and pay for these alterations (Terrible business practice but not what made me angry) The associate that helped me was informed that I knew exactly the alt... read more
Went there to buy a suit. Even tho the store was empty on a sat afternoon, I thought it would be good to ask for few options and deals. The front counter lady was extremely rude. I approached her to ask for few details and from the counter she saw me coming and almost yelled at me “she is busy and need few mins” I was stunned with this behaviour. I went to tip top looking for items for my wedding and i received amazing customer service from Supria. She had great suggestions and was very patient and polite with me the whole process. Great store!
If you’re going to TT, ask for Kate an amazing associate who took the time to size me up. She’s a problem solver and has great customer service. She was able to help with my request for nice tuxedo on a quick timeframe
