Terrible customer service experience at this location. Went in to look for groomsmen suits for a wedding and was mostly ignored despite asking for help. Asked to take measurements and get the response "you're about a 34". Wasn't aware that his eyes were a tape measure. I'll be looking elsewhere for groomsmen suits at an establishment that actually values my business.
I had a very positive experience with store manager Ahmed yesterday who helped me and and my wedding party of 5, plus 2 ring bearers, get fitted for suits. Ahmed saw us right away, helped me set up my online account with Tip Top while in store, and helped us create a look that matched our wedding colours and venue perfectly. My son had the pleasure of dealing with Maen for a suit, engineering presentation for a University course. We are far from the area and could not bring his. My son worked well with him to find the best price plus stylish suit that he can wear again so worth the price! Thank you for your excellent customer service.
