I was recently working at this place, and I had a horrible experience. I came to the store with vibrant positive energy. Always asked how the other employees day went. Always went above and beyond for the customers, mail men and co-workers. They have an employee there that goes by the name of “Hannah”. On Friday, August 26th at approximately 8:45 p.m. (15 minutes before closing), I had an extremely disappointing experience at Tip Top Tailors. I came in to return a pair of pants I had purchased earlier that day from another location. The front gate was already almost completely shut — I had to squeeze through just to enter, which did not feel welcoming at all given that the store was still open. I visited tiptop Taylor on Wednesday, June 18 Shortly before 7:30, the store closes at 8 o’clock. There were two employees working And neither acknowledge me or offered any assistance. They were more concerned about closing than helping. I tried on three jackets right in front of them and still no offer of assistance. Frustrated by their lack of service I went to Moores. They are open until 9 o’clock.. Very different from my last experience. So disappointing.
