Miss Maru gave me the most amazing assistance today. Needed some shirts and dress pants. Her patience with my fit and cut was truly outstanding. It was a pleasure to shop here today. That young lady knows her stuff and made it a comfortable shopping experience.Thank you very much.
I recently visited this location to help my friend get suited up for a wedding, and honestly, Debbie (if I’m not mistaken) and the rest of the staff were really helpful and professional. They took the time to explain sizing and made sure everything fit well. I saw them dealing with multiple customers at once and they stayed patient and respectful even when things got hectic. Absolutely Amazing service each and every time , I've been coming to this Location since January, I had the best interaction(s) with Ashley, her customer service was phenomenal remembered my name, guided me to understand what suit would look nice for my wedding! Debbie has been nothing short of awful at every visit we have encountered her. Myself and 6 groomsman have gotten our suits from Tip Top. Helping my own groomsman is not allowed at this location. On one occasion, Debbie let one of my groomsman know he was “too big” to fit into anything at Tip Top. However, that was quite incorrect and he ended up being 3 or 4 sizes down from the largest they sell.
