I went in to buy my first suit and Timmy was very helpful. He made it quick and easy
Mirabel we a phenomenal host today. She helped my father pick out a suit for my sister's wedding. She was very accommodating and supportive with helping find his ideal fit and style. We would happily shop Tip Top again.
Mirabel at the Pen Centre was an amazing help. Not a pushy sales person. Let us do are thing but was a great help in maxing my decision.
Went In searching for a very specific color for a funeral, was a little lost at first but was greeted by Timmy. And they were very kind and respectful. Asked me my size, measured my collar to be sure, and cashed me out. First time actually being in a formal wear store as I usually went to good will, but ill be sure to return should i need anything else.
The three ladies here are amazing! Went in and got fitted for a suit in no time. Everyone was so efficient and delightful to work with. The store was clean and the staff were organized. They were juggling so many things at once I was so impressed. It was upsetting seeing people complain because they couldn't wait a few minutes, seems like some people are too entitled... Couldn't have asked for a better experience
