I was just there, the lady that was there, was helping me find a white shirt for my suit. I gave her the size, the type of shirt which is an easy request and she got it for me, I tried it on and it was too loss, so I asked her for a smaller size, she refused but she thinks that the smaller size will be fit. I tried to tell her that I know myself and how I want to look but she refused because she thinks that the smaller size will be tight. Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. They completely ignored us, we asked for help numerous times, and they kept helping other people and ignoring me. I came in and wanted to buy 7 suits for my wedding party. I’m never going anywhere near this store again - go to the Erin Mills location their customer service is top notch or check out Indochino. Employees here need serious training fast.
We went this afternoon to do the suits for my fiance and his groomsmen. We waited about 10 minutes before a salesperson even came over to help. We had Bushra (which I now see she has many complaints), who was beyond rude. She told me fiance he must have gained weight because he’s not the same size that he was last year. She also laughed and told me I have to do the profile first before coming into the store. She proceeded to walk away and didn’t help us again.
