Jared Smith and his associate saved the day for us! Two groomsmen forgot their ties, pocket squares and a shirt for an out of town wedding. They were able to find the items and complete the sale within 10 minutes. They were very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
Went here with my husband a few weeks ago and bald guy was very unhelpful, unhappy, unprofessional and did not seem like he wants people to buy from this store. He was making sarcastic comments instead of finding a solution to help his customer. Hope he’s feeling accomplished by ruining someone’s day. Not worth going in this place. Went to other stores instead
Unprofessional approach, I bought some dress shirts. The lady at the front desk just put those in the bag unfolded, feels like just throwing away some used clothes. We expect more professional approach from store like Tiptop
Ive been a regular customer at this location for the past couple years and thats because of the service i receive from Jared Smith. He is always very nice, honest and picks out the best suits. If i don’t see Jared working i come another day when he is.
