Today, we called before visiting the shop, spoke to Jared over the phone; when we came in the shop, another associate brushed us off (very unprofessional) however, Jared came out from inside and we were given appropriate exceptional service. We were happy with our purchase. Jared is the guy to go for!!
Rushed by staff as my partner purchased a suit and vest. They were impatient that he wanted to try several different pants and jackets. In the end felt rushed and told to just pick one specific suit. It did not fit or look right in the store but the sales lady kept insisting that it was because of the tags. we were told one we had it home and had the tags off it would be fine. 885 dollars later we have an ill fitting suit that bunches up in the back and a vest that is too small. Bought a suit last week for an event that my brother has and the person selling it was “friendly” and sold us a suit that looked somewhat worn and has dust on it and wrinkles, and the pants did not have a tag on it and when asked he said that they don’t sell used items and that the tag might have fallen and they put a temporary one.
