My husband recently purchased a few suits, shirts, and ties from this store, and I have to say—the product itself is amazing. Everything is beautifully tailored and fits perfectly. The quality really shows! Unfortunately, the customer service didn’t match the quality of the clothing. The staff didn’t seem welcoming at all—no smiles, no warmth, and they appeared very stressed. We could not be happier with our experience at Tip Top in Orchard Park Mall. Raymond, who helped us, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and funny. He was open to every question and concern we had, and made me feel great about my choices. I went in looking to try on some suits for my wedding coming up, and ended up leaving with everything I need for my big day. Raymond was so incredibly helpful, and made the experience really special. I’m very happy with my suit, and can’t wait to wear it again.
From the moment we walked into the doors we noticed it was clean, bright and all of the clothing is pressed. Small detail, but important as the other store we had just came from had clothing laying unfolded and basically everything on hangars was wrinkled. I was made to feel important, and although I tried on so many items, Raymond just kept smiling.
