One of the worst shopping experiences of my life. As a person of colour, I have never felt so humiliated in front of other customers. I went in for a simple exchange with a receipt from two weeks ago. I had purchased the item using only my debit card through Apple Pay (not the physical card). Because Apple Pay uses a different “device number” for security, the last 4 digits on the receipt don’t match the physical card. I bought a suit for my father a little while ago and the gentleman there was extremely helpful. he helped with fitting and was very kind to my father who doesnt get out of the house much. we will definitely be back for more suits for the rest of the family!
