I purchased a suit here a few weeks ago and I forgot to write a review. I don’t remember the guys name but it was a unique one and he was wearing white shoes. I was not in the store 5 seconds and we got greeted and he started firing questions . He was so freaking professional and knew his stuff. He had us in and out of there in 20min while serving about 5 customers at the same time. Worst experience ever! My husband and I went into the Kanata store this evening. We walked by the salesman and browsed for quite a while discussing things we may be interested in purchasing. We were not greeted, acknowledged or even got a nod!! Yes there were other customers trying on clothes but he could have at least said something like, “welcome, be with you in a few minutes” Nothing! Avoid this place at all costs for anything related to your wedding planning. They have let us choose a suit colour for our grooms men without letting us know that the colour was being discontinued and the stock wasn't being restocked. Because of that, it is now impossible for some of my grooms men to find the sizes they needed in the store or online even though we are 2 months away from the wedding. They are making my grooms men go with sizes that are way off and even making them pay for the ajustments even if it's tiptops f... read more
