I had a fantastic first experience at the Tip Top Clothing store in Kanata Centrum. I was shopping for business casual outfits for a work event and was helped by Simeon, the assistant manager, who provided truly exceptional service. I rarely shop for this type of clothing, but Simeon made the entire process easy and stress-free. He helped me put together multiple complete outfits, including a sport jacket, shirt, dress pants, and belt, and took the time to make sure everything fit properly and suited the occasion. I purchased a suit here a few weeks ago and I forgot to write a review. I don’t remember the guys name but it was a unique one and he was wearing white shoes. I was not in the store 5 seconds and we got greeted and he started firing questions . He was so freaking professional and knew his stuff. He had us in and out of there in 20min while serving about 5 customers at the same time. Worst experience ever! My husband and I went into the Kanata store this evening. We walked by the salesman and browsed for quite a while discussing things we may be interested in purchasing. We were not greeted, acknowledged or even got a nod!! Yes there were other customers trying on clothes but he could have at least said something like, “welcome, be with you in a few minutes” Nothing!
