excellent service and attentive
I love this store, I went there for my prom suit last year and the gentleman was super nice and helpful with lots of options. I returned today simply to get my measurements and he was happy to help a young man like me. 10/10 recommend
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this shop was unacceptable. The manager was arrogant and condescending, refusing to complete my purchase simply because I did not want to provide a personal email address. On top of that, he made me feel embarrassed when I asked to try on a size larger than I usually wear, dismissively saying he already knew it would not fit. I’ve never been treated this poorly as a customer. Needless to say, I will never shop here again and cannot recommend this store to anyone.
Needed a last minute tux, they were very fast and professional, had me all set up within 30 minutes and it fit perfectly
To the tall young-man that "assisted" me today, I don't think that gas-lighting your customer into buying a pair of pants is the best customer service tactic. The pants that I tried on, were not of the best style or quality, so to say that I "just don't like dress-pants" wouldn't be the best choice of words. Thankfully, I found the perfect pair of dress pants later that day.
