Nice outfit with good quality, it was my favourite store, but they need to know what is the costumer service mean, when we visited around one month ago, at the evening shift, just I asked the lady to help me with payment she refused while she fixing her hair and she told me you are not my customer? Any way the outfit in the store is fabulous and I would like to say please the customer service is very important in your business, thanks

The young women here need a major attitude check. The sales associate helping us was pretty rude and made us feel as though we were wasting her time. She was not very attentive to us but, when she was helping us made sure to dismiss any of our concerns without any possible solution, I came in to the store with my future husband to pick up his suit about a week ago and the customer service is bad. Good lord. If there are people in the store who have verbally asked for help. HELP THEM. Don't fold a shirt in the back and leave the other poor employee to do cash and then rush to help.
Had a pretty rough experience here this morning (29/12/2023). We were looking for suits for a groom and 2 groomsmen while the best man was in town for Christmas. The sales associate helping us was pretty rude and made us feel as though we were wasting her time.
