We had a great experience here thanks to Seyed. It was my first time purchasing a suit and he was very helpful, kind and patient. He was also able to help multiple people at once! Thank you Seyed!
Absolutely brutal.
Had a suit tried on in dressing room and was left for over 20 mins and multiple workers saw me waiting and did not help, other customers were also complaining during my time in the store. Went to another shop and bought a tuxedo with excellent service.
I’ve been going to Bruce at Tiptop since 2009. His expertise and attention to detail are second to none. Anyone looking for a suit will be in good hands here.
If I could rate this store -100 I would. Honestly the worst service of my entire life. The staff was awful. The Corner Brook store gave me a deal and said every tiptop would honour it for my groomsmen to get their suits. St. John’s store absolutely would not. And they absolutely would not listen to me.
