The young women here need a major attitude check. The sales associate helping us was pretty rude and made us feel as though we were wasting her time. She was not very attentive to us but, when she was helping us made sure to dismiss any of our concerns without any possible solution, I came in to the store with my future husband to pick up his suit about a week ago and the customer service is bad. Good lord. If there are people in the store who have verbally asked for help. HELP THEM. Don't fold a shirt in the back and leave the other poor employee to do cash and then rush to help.
Had a pretty rough experience here this morning (29/12/2023). We were looking for suits for a groom and 2 groomsmen while the best man was in town for Christmas. The sales associate helping us was pretty rude and made us feel as though we were wasting her time. Came in to this store looking for a suit for my husband and left without buying anything even though we were really interested. The service was way worse than what one would expect from a place like that. While looking for a suitable size of a jacket myself (since no help was offered to us by the sales person that watched us choose jackets), I was told not to touch a particular item because it was “for display” and wasn’t supposed to be touched by customers.
