Shout out to Madden who works at the Sydney, Nova Scotia location. We rushed (7:45 pm) in yesterday evening close to closing time (8:00 pm) realizing we wouldn't have time today to pick up a shirt. He was so kind, patient, and did not rush us especially when we had to video call my husband so he could show how to properly measure for a shirt. Great customer service. This is why we keep coming back to the same location.
