We have shopped at Tip Tip over the years off and on for my husband who is bit of unusual size, very broad shoulders so sometimes difficult to get a suit jacket off the rack anywhere to be honest except a men's shop. He needed a new sports coat and pants for an upcoming celebration, we walked in, we're greeted by the female salesperson straight away started digging for him! Success in less than 30 minutes. She was very friendly and helpful and even got my weird sense of humor lol

I recently bought a shirt from Tip Top Tailor and was very disappointed with the quality and fit. It didn’t match the description or size guide at all — the material felt cheap, and the stitching seemed rushed. When I tried to return it, I was told they don’t accept returns, only exchanges, which is incredibly frustrating considering how poorly the item fit. Definitely not the kind of service I expect from a reputed retailer. Won’t be shopping here again.

The customer service is so rude here, the old lady will behave appropriately in starting but after payment she will become nut, she just ignored me and helping other customers i genuinely ask i want to make another purchase and she say u have to wait after that i try two shirt but i don’t like fitting and then she say u can’t try more, i say why and she say its our policy. It not about money but its about customer reputation and customer satisfaction. Avoid Tip Top Trailer in Sydney at all costs. I went there to buy a convocation dress and was treated with unbelievable rudeness from the moment I stepped inside. The older woman who seemed to be in charge was the worst part of the entire experience. I had a deeply disappointing experience with Tip Top Trailer in Sydney when I went there to purchase wedding suits. Right from the beginning, the staff were unwelcoming and unprofessional. The executive we dealt with was particularly rude, and unfortunately, the rest of the team showed the same attitude.
