The overall customer service at crossiron mills tiptop is beyond what I expected and we are very grateful to the sales associates and managers for helping us out while dealing with a very tight time line.

The worse customer service they selling the blazers so high price when I went to return the blazers after 2 days they told me that we can’t return it even I have got the receipt with me even they told me we can’t exchange it I bought it for my son but the size is wrong so the Indian salesman was there he told me its our policy so in the receipt its shows you can return or exchange with in 30 days

I wish I could give 0 stars. I have been going to tip top for over 10 years at different areas and I can honestly say that the service at Tip Top in the cross iron mills mall is brutal. In fact I would say there is no service. My wife was there on Wednesday June 11th 2025 at 12:00-12:30. She went In to the store and was looking for a tie for Father’s Day. She found a couple ties and was at the till waiting to purchase the ties. There were 2 workers in the store a guy and girl not helping anyone. She had both kids who are bot... read more

I came in today looking for a Navy Suit and I was really impressed by the choices especially in my size. I was also really impressed by the way these 4 guys were handling the store cause it got really but still they got time for everyone.

Very very bad customer service I had a very bad experience. I spent around $2500 and had to return two items. The customer service was very poor, maybe the manager's name is Sam." Sam speaks very rudely and doesn't know how to talk. He doesn't allow me to return again after discussing with him."
