I wish I could give 0 stars. I have been going to tip top for over 10 years at different areas and I can honestly say that the service at Tip Top in the cross iron mills mall is brutal. In fact I would say there is no service. My wife was there on Wednesday June 11th 2025 at 12:00-12:30. She went In to the store and was looking for a tie for Father’s Day. I came in today looking for a Navy Suit and I was really impressed by the choices especially in my size. I was also really impressed by the way these 4 guys were handling the store cause it got really but still they got time for everyone.
Very very bad customer service I had a very bad experience. I spent around $2500 and had to return two items. The customer service was very poor, maybe the manager's name is Sam." Sam speaks very rudely and doesn't know how to talk. He doesn't allow me to return again after discussing with him."
Big shoutout to the boys at Tip Top — Hark, Harjot, Sahil, Sinan, and Sharn! I walked in planning to just pick up a suit, but these guys turned it into a top-tier experience from start to finish. I went today with my son to pick up his suit for the graduation. The reason we came here is a previous amazing experience that we had with my husband 3 years ago. The lady at the cashier (who I figured later was the manager) was not welcoming at all and very rude. The way she spoke, her body language showed that she didn’t care and didn’t have any intention to help us and make our experience amazing.
