I came to the store looking for a suit for a friend’s wedding. There were two employees present, and the store was otherwise empty. Although the employees saw us, they pretty much ignored us. When I finally approached and asked for help, the assistance felt forced and lasted only a few minutes before the employees went into a back room. We waited for a few minutes, but no one came out, so we ended up leaving. Went there as I had heard about good service. Will probably try another branch

Had an amazing experience at Tip Top Tailors! Sharn, Sahil, and Sahir were so helpful and kind throughout the whole process. They went above and beyond to make sure everything fit perfectly and that I left happy. Truly great service!
HIGH PRICES LOW QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GOOD
Was helped by a tall gentleman, I wish I had gotten his name! He was absolutely fantastic and got me sized by just looking at me! Crazy! Very skilled employees here, very attentive, and very helpful! If you need a suit I recommend this place, you probably won't find better service anywhere else! The gentleman who helped me was roughly 6 ft tall wearing a blue suit today (August 21st 2025) he helped me and my son get sized.
