I walked in with my Tip Top Taylor jacket I had bought from there about 2 years ago that had lint balls all over it. I went in asking if they had any idea how to get rid of the lint, as it had only been worn a handful of times and it's a nice jacket. The two who were initially in the store were somewhat at least trying to help, but they were also very new and had no idea as they had never seen that jacket in the store before. Friendly staff and good selection. Only negative is the store’s carpet should have been replaced long ago.
