Literally the worst retail experience of my life
Really good experience while shopping dress shirts and pants.
Ordered our wedding suits at Tip Top in Saskatoon (service there was great!). One of my groomsmen was sent the wedding pricing sheet, as well as the list of what he needed. Not only did Tip Top Brandon sell him the WRONG shirt (and we didn’t realize until day of the wedding when we were getting dressed!), they did not give him the wedding discount that he was supposed to get. So he paid double, plus got the wrong shirt. Highly disappointing!
I spotted a sale sign on dress pants one day. so I went in to buy a pair. Turned out the pair had the full marked up price and the 2nd pair were marked down. I asked the woman for a discount on one pair but she held her ground and both pair. I don't even turn my head their way any more. Back in the early '70's I spent a year at David Lawrence Men's Wear in that mall and sales during that year were 2nd highest in the entire mall part selling 1 tie, 1 suit, 1 belt and 1 pair of pants at a time!!! Went in there with a 6 person wedding party and the worker was more interested in selling a $5 tie than serving us. Very unprofessional and not helpful with providing options. Do not recommend
