I was there this past Saturday March 22nd at around 7pm. Not one customer in the store except me.. the salesman passes right by me.. doesn't greet me or anything. I looked around and left. I have no idea what the issue is with this store. Not the first time this has happened there and I've bought from them in the past many years ago. Won't be back. If you don't have common decency to greet a customer then you shouldn't be working retail.
Had a very bad experience with tiptop Taylor’s at Bayshore mall. I bought a new suit for the first time in about 15years and decided to go with a designer suit as it fit and looked best. Had a pretty good experience with the salesman and purchased the suit and went home. A day later I went to wear the suit and realized the suit had tags sewn into the sleeve. Wanted to return unworn suite but could not because I threw the tag, even though I had the receipt. They did not even offer for the store credit. Never going to shop again from this store.
I was served by Rabee, he took the time to show me all the suits and blazers available. He was professional, courteous and helped me find some nice pieces. I will definitely come back to that store again.
