Peggy was so helpful -- we told her the vibe we wanted, and within minutes she had it. Our whole shopping experience, from walk-in, to cash-out, was maybe 15 minutes. She was knowledgable about the products sold, how they fit, what was comfortable and what wasn't, and needless to say, my husband and I walked out happy with our purchase. Thanks so much!
The tip top at Bayshore mall absolutely sucks. Weird vibes. The sales people here are so standoffish. Who the heck is running this place. I will avoid this place. The tip top in Kanata is great though.
Bayshore Location *Beware of being scammed I purchased a complete Tuxedo package (Tux, pants, shoes, shirt, bow tie) from this location and left it to tailored. When I returned today, they apologized that the tux had been tailored improperly. (It was about 5” too short!) and they had spilled something on the shirt tat stained it. They refused to replace the tux and shirt that they destroyed! They wanted me to repurchase them! EDIT: The manager refunded us what we paid. My fiancé and I visited Tip Top today with the intention of purchasing a full formal outfit for him (blazer, shirt, pants, tie, belt, socks, etc). We were ready to spend over $500 and expected a professional, helpful experience. Unfortunately, it was the opposite experience. From the moment we asked for assistance, the lady who greeted us seemed disinterested and disengaged, as if helping us was a burden.
