STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY 13th december Ordered. 25th Feb blind installed after a 3 week delay. 13th May made contact with tip top to make them aware of faults we were having with the blind, stopping in random places, drops down without buttons being pressed. 20th June Called again when blind completely stopped working. Today 4th July STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO COME AND HAVE A LOOK. Absolutely disgusting customer service, Absolutely no follow up care.
