They owe me a California tax return check from 2019. I called last week the guy(Eduardo) said that my refund went to his business account that he was going to give me a phone call on Wednesday to give me my check but he never called me. I been calling the business and they don’t answer.
First time filing taxes with them NEVER AGAIN file my 2020 income tax for my husband and myself. Accounted AIDA lacks common attentiveness. Made major errors typed my address wrong, when issue was brought up they don’t return called will actually ignore your calls.my husband had our daughters name spelled wrong and wrong city spelling.
