Adam’s customer service skills are phenomenal. TK Audio Visual installed 4 intercom systems for our condominium complex about a year ago and when an issue arose in one of our buildings Adam was responsive and was able to provide troubleshooting and resolve the issue within 24 hours. I can confidently say Adam takes pride in the work he does and follows up with stellar customer service.
Adam is amazing. If I could would give more stars I would. He made a special trip on the weekend to help us out. Small job for him, but helped us out a great deal. I highly recommend him
