Pretty lackluster overall experience after 4 months. I should have listened to my accountant and my gut on this one. I was promised the world as far as new patients, very few came to fruition. After month 4 we have had around 10 new patients show up for their appointment. The vast majority of these people no show leaving empty blocks in your schedule. Fantastic experience working with tiny rhino particularly Amy Christensen . It is easy for any marketing company to generate clicks but their campaign generates good quality leads . Amy has been very diligent about all the backend training , supporting staff and coaching the team through this whole experience .
Stay far, far away from this so-called 'marketing agency' unless you enjoy flushing your hard-earned money down the drain. They promise leads but deliver nothing but smoke and mirrors. Their reports are fake, if they even provide you with one, and it's clear they're just in it to make a quick buck. And get this—apparently, they're former mortgage brokers and preachers.
