These people don’t answer the phone and can’t return phone calls, not for weeks. After weeks I got one return phone call- Never got confirmation email as promised. What the hell is going on? No wonder they changed their name. Totally unprofessional.
My son went to tiny tots for his first OT experience. All staff was great and accommodating. Miss Victoria his OT was super, very informative and very energetic. I would recommend this establishment to anyone.
After expressing urgency in getting my child counseling support, I confirmed to do a group therapy session. At 4PM, the day of the 6:30PM session, I get a call that it's been cancelled because the therapist has something to do afterwards and the timing might not be favorable. This is beyond acceptable. The damage this has caused my child; there are no words. The complete loss of trust now goes beyond just this therapist and place of business.
