Daycare staff seems great with kids and friendly. Unfortunately, I’m giving only two stars for the lack of response despite multiple attempts via email or voice mails. I understand how busy it is but I feel like there could be a simple response regardless as to available spots or wanting to have a tour.

Can't recommend the centre enough - the staff is patient, warm and attentive. Unlike other centres we toured at the time, we felt how welcome the environment was right from the get go. The communication between staff and the parents is great, anytime I have a concern or question it is answered without hesitation. My kids have loved their time at TH Kanata North!

My little one went to this daycare for a year and had a really great experience. The centre is run really well and the program is excellent: very stimulating, educational and fun. There were several field trips and the summer was filled with fun activities including visits from the local firefighters and paramedics. The staff were great with our son and he grew so much during his year at Tiny Hoppers.
